Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal CTG is seeking an Associate to work on due diligence, financial analysis, and deal execution for clients across industries in the US. You will join a team of professionals delivering end-to-end value through rigorous financial review.

You will synthesize data, prepare client-ready presentations, and contribute to proposals while developing deep operating and industry knowledge. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with opportunities for career progression within a growing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years audit experience at a top accounting firm
• 1 year experience in financial due diligence preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA or in progress
• US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
• Excel, database skills and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence and identify risks
• Analyze detailed financial statements and present observations
• Assess earnings quality, net assets and cash flows of target
• Prepare deal-oriented reports and client presentations
• Attend meetings with target management and take detailed notes
• Support business development activities and proposal materials
