Qualifications

• 2–3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm.
• 1 year in financial accounting due diligence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying risks and potential deal breakers.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow; synthesize data for discussions.
• Assess quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
• Contribute to deal‑oriented reports and client presentations.
• Participate in meetings with target management and client personnel.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
