Qualifications

• 2–3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel, database skills and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to thrive and be effective in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks and deal blockers; assess strengths/weaknesses against benchmarks; aid in transaction evaluation.
• Analyze detailed financial statements; synthesize data into meaningful information for discussions with target management; drive insights.
• Assess quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows of target companies.
• Assist in constructing deal-oriented reports and presentations; articulate findings for valuation docs.
• Participate in meetings with target company management; take detailed notes for the project team.
• Contribute to building and maintaining client relationships and business development efforts.
