Job summary

Harris Computer, the largest operating group of Constellation Software, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to drive our M&A strategy in North America. You will build relationships with founders and executives, identify software targets, and lead outbound outreach with autonomy.

You will manage the pipeline using our M&A CRM, collaborate across teams, and refine processes to improve effectiveness. 2–5 years in M&A is preferred and you thrive as a self-starter delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a track record of initiative and goal achievement.
• Strong ability to build trust with founders and senior executives.
• Experience or interest in M&A and outbound outreach.
• Demonstrated professional maturity when engaging with C-suite.
• Solid business sense and ability to articulate opportunities.
