Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Night shift LVN/LPN for a 16-bed small-format hospital (8 ER, 8 Inpatient). The LVN will provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care under RN supervision, following the patient care plan and state nursing acts.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved LPN/LVN program, and current LVN/LPN licensure.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current license as LVN/LPN in the practicing state.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Pedagogy IV Certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Perform focused patient assessments per policy.
• Administer medications per organization policies.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow infection control procedures.
