Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a licensed LVN for night shift (7pm–7am) on a PRN basis at a small-format hospital. The LVN will provide focused nursing care under RN supervision, administer medications, and contribute to accurate documentation and patient safety.

Required are a state LVN/LPN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years in acute care. Fluency in English and adherence to infection control are essential for high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Two years of LVN/LPN experience in an acute care setting.
• High School diploma or GED; LPN/LVN required.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the practicing state; BLS and ACLS required; Pedagogy IV course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications per policy and document promptly.
• Perform focused patient assessments per state practice act.
• Maintain infection control and patient privacy.
