Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide safe, compassionate nursing care on a night shift (7pm-7am) under the supervision of an RN in a 16-bed small-format hospital.

The role requires an LVN/LPN license, 2 years of acute care LVN/LPN experience, and BLS & ACLS certifications. English fluency is required, and Pedagogy IV must be completed within 30 days of hire. Pennsylvania clearances apply if applicable.

Qualifications

• Current license as LVN/LPN in the state of practice.
• Current BLS & ACLS from American Heart Association, required.
• Pedagogy IV Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
• Complete timely documentation of patient care and plan of care.
• Perform focused patient assessments per state act and policies.
• Administer medications per organization policies.
• Report data to assist in identifying problems and formulating goals.
