Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our 16-bed small-format hospital in Texas. You will work under the RN, delivering safe, compassionate nursing care and implementing the patient’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, focused assessments, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED and LPN/LVN license.
• Experience: two years as LVN/LPN in acute care setting.
• Licenses: active LVN/LPN license in state of practice and BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients under RN supervision.
• Administer medications per policies and care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Perform focused patient assessments per act and policies.
• Collaborate with team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and patient privacy.
