Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking an LVN for a PRN position in the Midlothian, TX area. You will provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care, focusing on comfort, independence, and quality of life.

This role offers flexible scheduling, field autonomy, and meaningful patient interactions, with documentation and collaboration with the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
