Job summary

Varco Home Health is hiring licensed vocational nurses for in-home visits in the Irving, TX area. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling to LVNs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

You will provide skilled nursing care, manage medications, perform wound care, and educate patients and families while documenting visits and coordinating with the RN Case Manager. Reliable transportation and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
• Reliable transportation & license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Responsibilities
