Job summary

Varco Home Health in Kingsville, TX is hiring a PRN LVN to provide skilled in-home nursing visits across patient homes. You will perform vital signs, wound and catheter care, administer medications, and adapt care plans to patient needs.

The role offers flexible self-managed scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful patient-focused work with a steady patient volume. Texas LVN license is required, home health experience preferred, and EMR experience with Kinnser/WellSky is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required)

• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
• Reliable transportation & driver's license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Responsibilities
