Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a Texas-licensed LVN for PRN field visits in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, following the plan of care and ensuring quality, safety, and comfort.

This role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful, patient-focused work with a consistent patient volume. Strong clinical and communication skills, reliable transportation, and Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, wound care, medication administration, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
