Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for PRN, in-home visits across Irving, TX. Provide skilled nursing per the plan of care, manage medications, wound and catheter care, and educate patients and families.

You will report changes to the RN Case Manager, document thoroughly, and communicate with the care team. A reliable vehicle and Texas LVN license are required for flexible field work.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities
