Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a dedicated LVN for PRN in-home visits in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll provide one-on-one skilled nursing per the plan of care, perform vital signs, medications, wound and catheter care, and educate patients and families, while updating the RN Case Manager.

Strong clinical and communication skills are essential. Reliable transportation and a Texas LVN license are required; EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
