Job summary

Varco Home Health in Dallas, TX seeks a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits across Dallas and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care, monitor vitals, administer meds, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
