Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a dedicated LVN PRN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits across Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll follow plans of care, monitor vitals, administer meds, and document care with accuracy.

This role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling, meaningful patient-focused work, and consistent patient volume for steady supplemental income while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
