Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for a PRN position delivering in-home, one-on-one care in Midlothian, TX and surrounding areas. You will perform nursing visits, vital signs, wound and catheter care, and medications administration as directed by the plan of care.

You’ll report changes to the RN Case Manager, educate patients and caregivers, and document visits accurately. A valid Texas LVN license and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
