Job summary

Varco Home Health in Irving, TX is seeking a skilled LVN for a PRN, in-home care role. You will deliver one-on-one nursing visits in patients’ homes, following the plan of care with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
