Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for a PRN role to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits in Galveston and surrounding areas, following the patient care plan. You will perform vital signs, medication administration, wound and catheter care, educate families, document accurately, and coordinate with the RN Case Manager.

A Texas LVN license and reliable transportation are required, with EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in‑home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
