Job summary

Varco Home Health in Conroe, TX is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes. The role emphasizes independence, flexibility, and meaningful in-field patient care.

Responsibilities include vital signs, wound and catheter care, medication administration, and educating families. Reliable transportation and a current Texas LVN license are required; Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).
