Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed LVN for a PRN in-home nursing role in Conroe and surrounding areas. You will perform skilled visits, administer medications, and provide wound and catheter care as outlined in the patient plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications and safety.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
