Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide in‑home nursing visits in Dallas, TX. You will follow the plan of care, perform vital signs, meds administration, wound and catheter care, and report changes to the RN Case Manager while educating patients and caregivers.

This role offers flexible, self‑managed scheduling and meaningful patient‑focused work with consistent patient volume in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in‑home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
