Job summary

Regal Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate for the Royal Division in California. You will support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts and work to maintain shelf distribution, implement new products, and ensure pricing accuracy across displays and accounts.

Responsibilities include building displays, developing relationships with store personnel, planning activities, and contributing to team goals. A path to the Account Executive role is possible as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to reside within territory.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts in the assigned district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and introduce new items and displays.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays, stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Establish rapport with store managers and relevant personnel.
• Plan activities and prepare preplans/recaps for the District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal setting and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials in the vehicle during work hours.
• Develop wine knowledge and sales skills for professional growth.
