Job summary

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor, seeks an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives in key California accounts. You will help maintain shelf distribution, merchandise displays, and communicate pricing accuracy to retailers.

This role requires early morning hours, a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and willingness to travel within California. A discretionary bonus and company benefits accompany the base hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Available for early morning hours, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to reside within territory.
• Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year for education and training.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Sales Executives in key California districts.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution of authorized items and introduce new items.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays; restock shelves and cold boxes.
• Establish rapport with store managers and staff; coordinate with district teams.
• Plan account activities, complete preplans and recaps for managers.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company devices and POS materials during work hours.
• Continue wine knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen development.
