Job summary

Regal Wine Company, a luxury wine distributor, seeks an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts across the district. Responsibilities include ensuring shelf distribution, updating pricing, and merchandising displays to align with company standards.

Role requires a 21+ year old candidate with a valid California license, early morning availability, and ability to travel within California up to six times yearly. Benefits include health, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and maintain auto insurance with a clean driving record.
• Available to work early morning hours, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to reside within the territory and travel within California up to 6 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts within the district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and sell in new item distribution and DSD items.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and in accounts.
• Build merchandised displays, fill shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Establish rapport with store personnel and managers.
• Plan account activities with preplans and recaps for the District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills for growth.
