Regal Wine Company is seeking an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives in assigned California districts. You will maintain shelf distribution, merchandise displays, and assist with pricing accuracy across accounts.

The role involves frequent visits to stores, building relationships with managers, and traveling up to six times per year. A valid license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifikationen

• 21+ years of age required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to travel within California up to 6 times per year.
• Willing to transition to Account Executive when openings occur, based on territory fit.
• Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year for education and training.
• Able to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs; bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist and lift.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Assist Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts within assigned district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and sell in new items and displays.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays and maintain merchandising standards.
• Establish rapport with store personnel and managers.
• Plan account activities and prepare preplans/recaps for the District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen, and sales skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager.
