Job summary

Regal Wine Company in California seeks an Assistant Sales Associate to support Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts within the Royal Division. You will help maintain shelf distribution, merchandise displays, and communicate pricing to stores.

This entry-level role requires 21+ age, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within California up to six times a year, and reside in the territory. A discretionary bonus and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Sales Executives in key chain accounts within the district.
• Maintain 100% shelf distribution and promote new item distribution.
• Communicate current pricing and ensure accuracy on displays and in accounts.
• Build and merchandise displays, fill shelves and cold boxes to Royal Wine Company standards.
• Develop rapport with store managers and liquor department staff.
• Plan activities and complete preplans/recaps for the District Manager.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to goal reviews and execution plans.
• Carry company cell phone and POS materials during work hours.
• Grow wine knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen for career progression.
• Other duties as assigned by Royal District or Region Manager.
