Qualifications

• Two or more years of travel industry experience.
• Proficient with GDS and self-booking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues by focusing on short- and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures, and support various online booking tools and multiple websites.
• Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach an acceptable resolution, including loyalty points, redemptions, and fee waivers.
• Maintain high levels of call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of issues and take corrective action.
• Assist other Travel Advisors with policies; coach Advisors on servicing customers; monitor escalations; update tracking information.
• Provide energy and enthusiasm and build strong relationships with customers and departments to improve service quality.
