Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in luxury travel, exceptional communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in luxury travel advising or consulting.
Deep knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end client expectations.
Excellent phone, written, and consultative customer service with a white-glove focus.
Ability to manage multiple complex client needs and deadlines.
Experience designing end-to-end itineraries and high-touch travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Research, design, and book tours, cruises, travel packages, and customized programs.
Advise clients on destinations, dates, accommodations, and costs.
Drive customer experience metrics by delivering exceptional service.
Integrate travel components to create seamless end-to-end itineraries.
Use Chase Travel tools to manage reservations and payments.
Stay informed on travel trends and destinations through supplier engagement.
Collaborate with teams to deliver a personalized, high-touch experience.
Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
