Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with GDS or self-booking tools.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues with short- and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures and support online booking tools.
• Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach acceptable resolutions including loyalty points and waivers.
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of significant issues and actions.
