Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Travel Advisor to support internal and external customers with travel reservations and more complex situations, delivering service excellence and resolving issues through diagnosis and discussion.

You will proactively negotiate with external providers, collaborate with internal teams, and stay informed on client programs and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and providing flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of travel industry experience with GDS or self-booking tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external issues.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues with short- and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions with high accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures; support online booking tools and multiple websites.
• Negotiate with vendors and customers to reach acceptable resolutions, including loyalty points and program exceptions.
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of significant issues and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist Travel Advisors in real time; coach on best practices; monitor errors and escalations; update tracking data.
