Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic.
• Build authentic client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets.
• Drive omnichannel sales using in-store, online, and client outreach opportunities.
• Oversee boutique operations, including POS transactions, opening/closing, shipments, and inventory.
