Job summary

Johnny Was is seeking a Stylist to deliver a high‑touch, luxury client experience and act as a brand ambassador. You will build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and appointment selling, while supporting store events and visual storytelling.

The role requires 2–3+ years in luxury or premium retail, a client-first mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also manage stock, assist with shipments, and process POS transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury client experience through personalized engagement and clienteling.
• Build and maintain an active client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations to drive traffic.
• Accurately execute POS transactions, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Open/close the store and assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
