You will master product knowledge, support events, and operate POS with care while upholding standards. The role offers competitive hourly pay with 2% commission on personal sales plus benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and styling.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic.
• Build authentic client relationships and maintain a growing client book.
• Assist in store events, trunk shows, and community activations to drive traffic.
• Oversee boutique operations and POS transactions with accuracy.
