Job summary

Johnny Was is seeking a Luxury Stylist to deliver a highly personalized client experience and act as a brand ambassador for the boutique. You will cultivate long-term client relationships, manage a client book, and drive sales through knowledge of fabrication, fit, and storytelling.

You will support events and community activations, while ensuring the store visually reflects the brand lifestyle. This role emphasizes client service, sales metrics, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with the Johnny Was aesthetic.
• Build authentic, long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
• Maintain and grow an active client book with ongoing follow-up and appointment selling.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge including fabrication, fit, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations to drive traffic.
• Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store, online, and client outreach opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to track performance and maximize repeat business.
• Oversee boutique operations and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction.
