Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury or premium retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.

• Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and styling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with the Johnny Was aesthetic.
• Build and maintain an active client book with proactive outreach.
• Drive store sales through appointment-based selling and events support.
• Assist with stock and visual merchandising to reflect seasonal storytelling.
• Operate POS and cash handling accurately during transactions.
