The Stylist will support store leadership, assist with operations, and contribute to a visually compelling boutique experience that reflects the brand’s lifestyle and values.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Passion for fashion, craftmanship, and styling
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience
• Build authentic, long-term client relationships and maintain active client book
• Demonstrate product knowledge (fabrication, fit, craftsmanship, storytelling)
• Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations
• Oversee boutique operations and ensure brand standards on the sales floor
