In this role you will develop your team, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and uphold Gucci visual standards while managing merchandising and floor coverage during shifts. This position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in luxury or related retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and loyalty.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Coach in real time with Team Manager to meet goals.
• Support development and growth of team members.
• Ensure onboarding and training aligned with Gucci brand standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and Gucci heritage.
• Lead store operations during shifts and manage floor coverage.
