Responsibilities include forecasting sales, analyzing trends, managing payroll, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store leadership in retail or service; luxury/premium experience preferred.
• Proven sales leadership, coaching and development, stakeholder management and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/clienteling tools and live/virtual selling trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards to provide premium client experiences.
• Drive clienteling and omni-channel strategies with CRM usage and proactive outreach.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a high-performing team reflecting brand values.
• Forecast and manage store financial performance; analyze selling reports and trends.
• Oversee operations, visual merchandising, and compliance; manage scheduling and payroll.
