Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to deliver world-class service and anticipate guest needs for a memorable stay. You will provide expert local insights and help guests with dining, golf bookings, and activities across a high-touch property.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, professionalism, and solid computer knowledge, including familiarity with hotel systems like Opera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
• Previous customer-related experience required.
• Consistently uphold a professional presence and appearance in all guest interactions.
• Outstanding guest service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Window applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software, such as Opera Cloud, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during/prior to the guest's arrival.
• Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic area.
• Extensive knowledge of the Valley, golf courses, restaurants and attractions.
• Strong computer skills are required. Microsoft Office programs are a plus.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
