Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides are the heartbeat of our brick‑and‑mortar locations, delivering immersive, elevated experiences with expert knowledge of Saatva mattresses and bedding.

You will engage customers in person and via phone or chat, clearly communicating product benefits and addressing inquiries to ensure a world‑class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; willing to train the right candidate.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to complete tasks with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a key performance expectation during all scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
