Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. You’ll deliver a world-class, immersive in-store experience with our luxury mattresses and bedding, acting as product expert and trusted advisor to customers.

You’ll respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, or live chat, educate guests on sleep health, and help customers choose the right solution. Weekend availability and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales or customer service preferred; training available.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and major retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience and product expertise.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in person on the showroom floor.
• Assist guests in selecting the right mattress and bedding solutions.
