Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides for our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. You will deliver a world-class customer experience, become a product expert on Saatva mattresses, and assist customers using in-person, phone, and live chat interactions on the showroom floor.

• Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms.
