Saatva, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Guide for our nationwide Viewing Room network. You will deliver a premium, immersive showroom experience, becoming a Saatva product expert and helping customers explore our luxury mattresses and sleep solutions.

You’ll engage customers in person, on the showroom floor, and via related channels, ensuring high-quality service, efficient issue resolution, and a strong team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; training provided if needed.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and rapport-building.
• Well-organized with strong multitasking and task completion.

Responsibilities
