Job summary

Saatva, Inc. is seeking energetic Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms, providing immersive, luxury experiences for customers. You’ll learn Saatva products deeply and help guests find the ideal mattress and bedding for restorative sleep.

As a Sleep Guide, you will engage with customers on the showroom floor, answer questions via phone or live chat, and deliver a world-class visit. Competitive compensation, benefits, and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; willingness to train.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality results.
• Comfortable using PCs and multiple software platforms.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
