Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. The Sleep Guide embodies Saatva luxury with expert knowledge of mattresses and bedding, delivering an immersive, elevated showroom experience and helping guests discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

Compensation is $21/hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales or customer service preferred, training provided.
• 1 year telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Well-organized with ability to multitask and deliver quality results.
• Proficient using PC and multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience to customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
