Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms, delivering an immersive, elevated experience with our full range of mattresses. Sleep Guides embody Saatva luxury with expert product knowledge and outstanding service on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, communicating benefits, troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent attendance. Weekend work and major retail holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales or customer service preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
• 1 year telecom or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team.
• Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality task completion.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and in-person on the showroom floor.
