Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. Sleep Guides are the heartbeat of our brick-and-mortar retail experience, delivering immersive, elevated service and expert knowledge of Saatva mattresses and bedding to help customers discover the power of a great night’s sleep.

As a Sleep Guide, you’ll engage customers in person, answer questions, and guide them through product benefits on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and in-person.
