Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. Sleep Guides are the heartbeat of our showroom experience, delivering luxury service and product knowledge to customers seeking a great night’s sleep.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, becoming a product expert, and guiding inquiries via in-person or live chat to help customers find the perfect mattress. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; however, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Additional Experience: 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to completing tasks with high-quality results.
Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
Positive attitude (we value and hire nice people!).
