Job summary

LG Electronics seeks a Guest Relations & Hospitality Manager (SKS) to lead the Skyline Showroom and ensure a premium guest experience. You will coordinate designers, sales staff, and partners to deliver brand immersions in Englewood Cliffs and other showrooms.

You will oversee guest services, culinary teams, and budgets while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Travel to Chicago and Napa events is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and guest relations experience required.
• Food safety and handling certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, branding, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach to support sales and enable brand immersions.
• Develop clients, propose action plans, assist with marketing networking.
• Schedule designers, builders, and retail sales associates.
• Deliver a luxury showroom experience with District Sales Managers.
• Maintain ongoing communications with partner agencies and leadership.
• Optimize showroom utilization at SKS Skyline Showroom.
• Travel to Chicago and Napa showrooms for events.
• Resolve issues related to events and showroom immersions.
• Contribute to planning and execution of strategies for brand experience.
• Negotiate with partner agencies to satisfy clients while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Allocate resources to maximize client satisfaction and support.
• Recruit service personnel, housekeeping, and culinary staff.
• Train guest services and culinary teams.
